! The 3hr FIRST Steps Pistol course we provide for Colorado also complies with the state statute requirement for Florida! We are now offering Colorado's residents a chance to be eligible for a Florida concealed carry permit at every show! The application process will will be done at every Tanner Gun Show both Sat and Sun from 12:30pm-2:30pm in the Comfort Inn Aspen room. This will not only give you a Florida concealed carry permit but will allow you to expand your reciprocity among 27 other states! The process will include the Florida state application packet, your notary service, fingerprints, and passport photo all for $59.95! This will be all you need to drop and mail off your Florida application to get your new Florida CWP today!
 Equip 2 Conceal conducts the required training you need to apply for your Concealed Carry Permit or any specialized courses you would like to take in the future. Our classes are very comprehensive: both in developing basic comfort with firearms and understanding the ramifications of carrying and having to use a firearm. We teach all approved National Rifle Association classes which are taught by a Certified NRA Training Instructor. Using the NRA training method of Total Participant Involvement, basic courses provide hands on learning opportunities in the following areas:
- Safe Firearm Handling
- Firearm Parts and Operation
- Ammunition and its Function
- Shooting Fundamentals and an Opportunity to Develop Them on the Range
- How To Select, Clean and Store a Firearm
- Review of Various Activities Available to help Participants Develop and Improve Their Shooting Skills
We do recommend and hope that you further your training by taking more advanced classes that Equip 2 Conceal offers and frequently checking our calendar as we update the upcoming classes!
Classes require $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your place due to the high demand and our desire to keep the classes small and personal.
We also offer a in home one on one type of training or couples training if desired for the price of $250 per person with a more personal range time using various caliber firearms as well.
